To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Submit a return request by clicking on the profile icon in the store's navigation.
1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. You will receive an email with a 6 digit code, copy it, go back to the online store, and paste it to log into your account.
3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. Once your return request is approved you will receive an email with the pre-paid shipping label and instructions.
You will receive a refund once the return is received and inspected.
There is only one pre-paid return per order, the customer will the shipping cost for additional returns.
